LPG remains Rs550 per kg in Lahore after Rs50 drop
The LPG price in Pakistan today eased by Rs50 per kg in Lahore after fresh stocks arrived, though retail still sits at Rs550 against an official rate near Rs279.
Fresh LPG stocks have started arriving in Lahore, cutting the street price by Rs50 per kg.
Even after that cut, LPG is still selling at Rs550 per kg in the city.
The government-fixed rate is Rs279 per kg; OGRA’s notified rate is Rs279.34 per kilo.
Local dealers expect a further significant drop today.
LPG Distributors Association Chairman Irfan Khokhar said countrywide sales of Rs500–600 per kg and called for action on alleged black-marketing.
