Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz condemned the attack on Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport.

Dawn said Umrah pilgrims were waiting to board flights when the attack happened.

Dawn called Saturday's attack the deadliest on Saudi soil in more than a decade and linked it to the war in Yemen.

Neither Dawn's post nor the PML-N update gave a number of people killed or injured.
