Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi made a surprise visit to the NADRA Mega Center in Sanda, Lahore, on Saturday, 24 October.
He found staff absent during duty hours and called it a clear dereliction of duty.
He ordered the authorities concerned to start disciplinary action against the absent employees.
He directed better facilities and proper assistance for citizens at NADRA centers.
