OGRA raises RLNG rates by up to 15.27% for October
The OGRA RLNG price hike for October 2026 lifts SNGPL and SSGC transmission and distribution rates, with the regulator basing the revision on two PSO cargoes.
OGRA raised RLNG prices by up to 15.27% for October 2026 versus September.
SNGPL transmission rose 13.89% to $15.9357/MMBtu; distribution rose 14.01% to $17.3259/MMBtu.
SSGC transmission rose 15.25% to $14.5339/MMBtu; distribution rose 15.27% to $16.3959/MMBtu.
OGRA said the notified prices were based on two Pakistan State Oil cargoes.
