IT Minister Shaza Fatima Khawaja has departed for South Korea for the Global AI and Digital Summit.
Pakistan is expected to become the first country to sign the Digital and AI Compact.
She will present Pakistan’s AI and digital roadmap and join a ministerial meeting on AI and digital inclusion.
Meetings are planned with a Google vice president and a World Bank vice president.
Pakistan still has no dedicated AI regulatory framework, relying on existing cyber, cloud and telecom rules.
