Rana Mashhood seals 11 China skills accords in Beijing

On a China tour ending 3 November, PMYP chair Rana Mashhood locked in vocational partnerships covering nursing, green power, e-commerce and ML-1 railway training for young Pakistanis.

Eleven institutional accords and fourteen training ventures were finalised with Chinese partners during Rana Mashhood’s 27 October–3 November China visit.

Pakistan logged the most new signatures of any country at CACIE 2026, a press release said.

Three pacts involve PMYP directly; eight link Lahore, Ghazi, NUTECH, Preston and Punjab TEVTA to Chinese vocational colleges.

China Railway Group’s Han Hui travelled to Pakistan to start ML-1-linked skills and hiring work after meeting the PMYP chair.

Jilin has already trained 10 Pakistani faculty and will take 15 students into a Chinese-language course from November.
