Rs511bn housing finance cleared under Apna Ghar scheme
The Access to Finance Steering Committee said 86,896 applications were cleared and 15,584 loans worth about Rs91 billion have already been paid out under the housing scheme.

Finance Minister Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb chaired the sixth Access to Finance Steering Committee meeting in Islamabad.
Overall housing finance outstanding stands at Rs455 billion for 241,500 borrowers.
Aurangzeb welcomed housing progress but urged faster SME and agriculture disbursements.
