Polio booster campaign set for October 26-31 in Peshawar
Children from four months to under 10 years will receive an inactivated polio vaccine by needle-free jet injector at EPI centres, outreach sites and schools.
A polio booster campaign runs from October 26 to 31 in Peshawar and Khyber districts.
Eligible children from four months to under 10 years of age will be vaccinated.
The vaccine is Inactivated Polio Vaccine, given with a needle-free jet injector.
Vaccination will take place at EPI centres, outreach sites and schools.
The commissioner of Peshawar division pledged full administrative support for the campaign.
