October saw 25,747 new investor accounts, the highest monthly addition on record.
From January to October 2026, PSX added 218,894 net new investors—more than the previous four full years combined.
About 85% of new investors were Generation Z or Millennials, the Finance Ministry said.
The investor base had crossed 600,000 in August 2026 before the latest high.
