The Bajaur protest was in Inayat Kallay Bazaar. Dawn said police and workers scuffled, then the protest continued.

Protesters expressed anger over the arrest of Sohail Afridi and Junaid Akbar. Dawn did not quote police confirming those arrests.

Dawn said mobile and internet services remained suspended in Bajaur on Sunday, as in other parts of the province.
