Rana Sanaullah says NFC share for AJK, GB is under discussion
The prime minister’s political adviser also said Azad Kashmir’s constitutional changes would not be reversed and that facilities already granted would not be cut.
Rana Sanaullah said an amendment could be considered to include Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan in Pakistan’s development push.
He said no Azad Kashmir constitutional amendment is being reversed and that existing facilities would not be reduced.
He said National Finance Commission (NFC) share for the regions is under discussion.
He said Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has invited Mahmood Khan Achakzai for a meeting.
He described Maulana Fazlur Rehman as a senior politician and said the government still wants talks to ease recent bitterness.
