Sindh High Court Bars Schools From Combining June, July Fees

Under the SHC private school fees order, schools must send notices in May and collect June fees by June 30 and July fees by July 30, not in one voucher.

The Sindh High Court directed private schools to collect June and July fees separately, and not through vouchers issued at the same time.

Fee notices are to be issued in May, with June fees due by June 30 and July fees due by July 30.

The Directorate of Private Schools and the other parties must meet within two weeks on compulsory book and uniform purchases. The court then disposed of the petition.
