Chery Master Pakistan has cut the list price of the Tiggo 7 Super Hybrid by Rs850,000 under a Limited Stock Price Lock Offer, putting the plug-in hybrid SUV at Rs9,499,000 against an original price of Rs10,349,000. The company says the offer comes as sales tax on plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) has nearly doubled, and that buyers also receive a complimentary 7 kW home charger valued at Rs100,000. Terms and conditions apply.
What the offer covers
A PHEV can run on battery power for short trips and switch to petrol when the charge runs low. Chery Master presents the reduced sticker price plus the free charger as an attempt to keep the Tiggo 7 Super Hybrid within easier reach for buyers who want that mix of electric commuting and longer petrol range. The firm also describes the model as Pakistan’s most accessible plug-in hybrid SUV—a positioning claim from the company, not an independent comparison.
The vehicle is a five-seat C-segment SUV sold through Master Auto Engineering, part of the Master Group, in partnership with Chery Automobile. Chery Master says it has 14 fully operational 3S dealerships—sales, service and spare parts—nationwide, with plans to expand to 20 by 2027.
Range, running costs and the company’s fuel claims
Chery Master says the Tiggo 7 Super Hybrid offers more than 90 kilometres of pure electric range and a combined range above 1,200 kilometres. It also claims fuel savings of over 70% versus a conventional petrol SUV, and that most daily commuting can be done without burning fuel if the battery is charged regularly.
On running costs, the company points to petrol approaching Rs400 a litre. It estimates that a comparable petrol car averaging 8–10 km per litre and covering 20,000 km a year can cost about Rs80,000–100,000 a month, or Rs0.8–1 million a year. Against that, it says the hybrid can cut energy costs by up to 94% versus fuel and deliver potential savings of Rs75,000–95,000 a month—or Rs0.75–0.95 million a year—when charged from surplus solar power valued at an assumed Rs11 per unit. Those figures are Chery Master’s own illustrations and depend on distance driven, charging source and electricity cost.
Specs the company highlights
According to Chery Master, the powertrain pairs a 1.5 TGDI petrol engine with an 18.3 kWh battery and a dedicated hybrid transmission, delivering 255 kW (342 horsepower) and 525 Nm of torque, with 0–100 km/h in 8.4 seconds. Cabin features listed include a 24.6-inch dual curved display on a Snapdragon 8155 chipset, an eight-speaker Sony audio system, ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, heated and ventilated front seats, driver memory seating and dual-zone climate control with N95 filtration.
On safety, the company cites eight airbags, Level 2 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)—electronic aids that can help with steering, braking or lane keeping under driver supervision—driver fatigue monitoring and a five-star safety rating with NCAP-related performance. It also notes 3.3 kW vehicle-to-load (V2L) capability, which can power compatible external devices from the car’s battery. Globally, Chery says the Tiggo 7 is its most-exported model and has passed one million users. The brand’s “Together. For Family” theme is due to be marked at the Chery International User Summit 2026.
