Ningbo Green Light Energy PSX trading is due to begin on the Main Board on Thursday, 29 October 2026, the Pakistan Stock Exchange said in a notice. The exchange said shares of Ningbo Green Light Energy Limited will be available for trading from that date.

How the company is being listed

According to the PSX notice, Ningbo Green Light Energy Limited is being listed under a Scheme of Arrangement for the merger and amalgamation of LSE SPAC-I Limited (SPAC1) with and into the company. The Lahore High Court sanctioned that scheme in an order dated 30 September 2026.

As per the swap ratio set out in the scheme, shareholders of SPAC1 have been allotted 1.50 shares of Ningbo Green Light Energy Limited (referred to in the notice as NGLEL) against each one share of SPAC1. The exchange said the market lot will be one share of Rs10 each.

Trading, settlement and opening price

The PSX said trading in the shares will commence on the Main Board on 29 October 2026 and will be settled on a T+1 basis. The first settlement date, it said, will be Friday, 30 October 2026.

The Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC), which holds securities in electronic form, has already declared the shares an eligible security, the notice said. All transactions will be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL). NCCPL has assigned “NGLEL” as the company code and security symbol.

SPAC1 had announced in a PUCARS notification dated 13 October 2026 that the opening price of NGLEL will be the closing price of SPAC1 on the last day of its trading before suspension: Rs21.06. The PSX notice said that figure is also part of the court-sanctioned scheme. Normal circuit breakers — the daily price bands that limit how far a share can move in a session — will apply to that opening price in the Ready Market, the exchange said.

What the company does

Among newly listed companies in PSX notices of this kind, Ningbo Green Light Energy Limited is described as active in Pakistan’s distributed solar market. The notice said it works as a solar-energy solutions provider and an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor — a firm that designs, buys equipment for, and builds projects.

Its principal operating model is system integration and project execution. Core components such as photovoltaic modules, inverters and battery-storage systems are sourced from international manufacturers, while mounting structures and other balance-of-system parts may be procured locally, according to the details shared with the listing notice.
