Apple has put a clear US dollar tag on its newest pro laptop, a figure that will shape how shoppers read the MacBook Pro M6 price in Pakistan even before any local rupee list appears. On Tuesday the company introduced a 14-inch MacBook Pro and a refreshed iMac powered by its M6 chip, stressing quicker AI work that runs on the device itself rather than only in the cloud. The laptop starts at $1,999 and the iMac at $1,499.
Pricing, pre-orders and when machines ship
Customers can pre-order both products from Wednesday in 35 countries and regions, including the United States. Apple said availability begins on 6 November. The company did not publish a Pakistan rupee price in this announcement, and it did not say whether Pakistan is among those 35 markets. For now, the MacBook Pro M6 price in Pakistan discussion therefore turns on the official US starting points of $1,999 for the 14-inch laptop and $1,499 for the iMac.
What Apple claims the M6 systems can do
Apple said the M6 MacBook Pro delivers up to 30% faster graphics and up to 25% faster AI performance than its M5 predecessor. It also advertised up to 24 hours of battery life, which it called the longest ever in a Mac. The new iMac, Apple added, offers up to 5x faster on-device AI performance than the previous M4 model. On-device AI means the computer can handle many AI tasks locally, which can matter when internet access is slow or costly.
What comes next on Apple’s calendar
The launches arrive a day before Apple’s “Pro and tell” event in Los Angeles on 28 October. Reports say that gathering is expected to showcase Apple’s first touch-screen MacBook Pro, though Apple has not confirmed that detail in the material tied to this M6 launch. Shoppers watching the Apple M6 MacBook Pro release date should treat 6 November as the stated availability window for the machines unveiled on Tuesday, separate from whatever else the company may show at the Los Angeles event.
