Jazz and Samsung Electronics have signed a strategic partnership aimed at making AI-enabled smartphones easier to buy across Pakistan. The agreement was signed at Samsung's global headquarters in Suwon, South Korea, and was announced on October 19. Jazz, the connectivity provider within JazzWorld, says the Jazz and Samsung partnership is meant to widen access to Galaxy AI and 5G-ready devices for ordinary buyers.
What the deal covers
The collaboration focuses on three areas: device affordability, access to Galaxy AI, and easier digital payments through Samsung Wallet, Samsung's mobile wallet service. Both companies describe the goal as supporting wider digital and financial inclusion, meaning more people can use digital services and payment tools in daily life.
Through instalment plans and trade-in programmes, the partners want to lower the upfront cost of upgrading to compatible Galaxy AI and 5G phones. The partnership brings together Jazz's connectivity, retail presence and customer reach with Samsung's mobile innovation and AI capabilities.
Outlets, support and business customers
Selected Jazz outlets will give customers a hands-on chance to try Galaxy AI features. Shoppers will also receive guidance on device financing and connectivity options, and after-sales support is planned to strengthen the ownership experience.
The partnership will also promote 5G-ready devices for work, study, communication, content creation and entertainment. For corporate and enterprise customers, Jazz and Samsung will work towards bundled device and connectivity offerings so that businesses can equip their teams in one package.

Kazim Mujtaba, President of Jazz GSM, said that "making AI accessible to more Pakistanis starts with the smartphone in their hands." He added that affordability, connectivity and ease of use all matter to buyers.
Ryan Na, Managing Director of Samsung Electronics Pakistan, said the aim is to make the Galaxy experience "more attainable" and to strengthen the adoption of next-generation mobile technology in Pakistan. The announcement did not give prices, instalment terms or a start date for the new offers, so the size of any saving is not yet clear.
