Nishat Motors has launched the Jaecoo J5 Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) in Pakistan, and buyers now have official figures for the Jaecoo J5 price in Pakistan. The company, the official distributor of Omoda and Jaecoo vehicles, announced prices and booking details on Friday, November 6, 2026. The Comfort variant costs Rs5,999,000 and the Premium costs Rs6,699,000, both ex-factory and both introductory, valid until November 30, 2026.
Official variants and prices
The J5 BEV is offered in two variants, Comfort and Premium. Nishat Motors said these are launch prices for early buyers, and they apply only until November 30, 2026. The gap between the two variants is Rs700,000 at the announced prices.
Booking amounts are Rs1,200,000 for the Comfort and Rs1,500,000 for the Premium. These amounts secure a booking under the announced terms, so buyers should confirm the current figures with a dealership before paying.
Booking and delivery timeline
Interested buyers can visit authorized dealerships across Pakistan, where J5 BEV models are on display and open for booking. The company said delivery of booked vehicles will start in January 2027. Before the announcement, Nishat Motors released a teaser on social media that showed the front of the SUV.
The vehicle is locally assembled and is being presented as Pakistan's first locally assembled electric SUV. The company says the launch adds a competitive option to the country's growing electric vehicle market.
Battery, range and features
The J5 EV uses a 49.5 kWh battery and has an NEDC-rated range of up to 405 kilometres on a full charge. NEDC is a standard lab test cycle for rating electric cars, so the figure is a rated claim rather than a road-test result. Buyers also receive a complimentary 11kW charger, and the vehicle carries a space-saving spare tyre.
