Nora EV prices in Pakistan have been set out in a provisional dealer circular dated October 20, 2026, covering the Neo and Metro electric cars and four variants of the E30. The Neo is listed below Rs 25 lakh (one lakh is 100,000 rupees) and the Metro just below Rs 29 lakh, both before GST. These are ex-Karachi warehouse figures, so the final amount a buyer pays will be higher once sales tax and delivery-related costs are added.
The circular, the variants and the range
The circular covers six variants in total: the Neo, the Metro and four E30 versions. Both the Neo and the Metro use a 4,000W motor and a 23.1 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, a battery chemistry named in the company's listing. No separate price for each E30 version is given in the figures available here, so buyers should check each variant with a dealer.
Nora has also listed a claimed driving range for all six variants. These are company-stated figures and have not been independently verified through road tests. The Neo has a higher claimed range than the Metro, even though both use the same battery capacity.
Prices are provisional until invoicing
Nora said the prices are provisional and may change because of government fiscal policies, tariffs, currency devaluation or exchange-rate movements. Transportation, transit insurance and other applicable charges are excluded from the listed amounts, and GST is charged separately. The circular also says the price in force at the time of invoicing will be final.
Before this circular, the prices of the Neo and Metro that were circulating had not been officially confirmed. For a buyer checking Nora EV prices in Pakistan, the final cost will depend on GST, additional charges and the invoicing price, so a complete written quotation from an authorised dealer is the safest starting point.
Booking, payment and delivery
A booking requires a Rs 500,000 amount per vehicle, submitted on the company's Provisional Booking Order (PBO) form. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is accepted by pay order or demand draft in favour of Nora EV Private Limited, and the balance must be cleared before delivery.
Nora gives a delivery period of 30 to 60 days from the date the customer's payment is credited to its account. Ready stock at dealerships will be invoiced after full payment at the revised price. The circular does not mention an installment plan, so buyers looking for one should confirm terms directly with the dealer.
