iTANZ Technologies Limited has approved an iTANZ stock split on a 10-for-1 basis, after shareholders passed a special resolution at the company’s annual general meeting on 24 October 2026. Under the plan, the face value of each ordinary share falls from Rs10 to Re1, and every existing Rs10 share is divided into 10 shares of Re1 each. The company’s total authorised capital and paid-up capital do not change.
How the 10-for-1 plan works
In practical terms, a holder of one share before the split will hold ten shares afterward, each with a Re1 face value. The firm stressed that the split rearranges the share count and face value only; it does not enlarge or shrink the capital base. That distinction matters for investors who track paid-up capital and voting power: the stake represented by those shares stays the same even though the number of certificates rises.
What must happen before the split takes effect
The company still has to finish regulatory steps with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP, the corporate regulator), the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX, where listed shares trade), and the Central Depository Company (CDC, which holds shares in electronic form). Only after those formalities are done will it announce the effective date and the book-closure dates that set who is on the register for the change.
Management has said the implementation date for the iTANZ stock split will be made public once those requirements are met and the board of directors approves the timetable. Until then, shareholders should treat the approval as a firm decision whose calendar is still incomplete.
Dividend, bonus and other AGM business
Separately at the same meeting, shareholders noted the distribution for the financial year ended 30 June 2026: an interim cash dividend of Rs1 per share, described as 10%, plus bonus shares of 10%. Taken together, that package was presented as a 20% distribution for the year.
The AGM also cleared amendments to the articles of association. Those updates include changes to the fees payable to directors for attending board and committee meetings, and wording revisions meant to bring the company’s constitutional documents in line with the Companies Act, 2017.

Aasan alfaaz mein
iTANZ Technologies ne AGM mein 10-for-1 stock split manzoor kar liya hai. Ab ek Rs10 wali share das Re1 wali shares ban jayegi, lekin company ka total capital waisa hi rahega. Asal tareekh tab aayegi jab SECP, stock exchange aur CDC ke kaam mukammal hon. Jo log shares rakhte hain, unka hissa same rahega — sirf shares ki tadad barh jayegi.
