Pakistan Petroleum Limited shareholders have approved a Pakistan Petroleum dividend of Rs6.00 per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2026. The final cash payout, equal to 60%, was cleared unanimously at the company’s 75th Annual General Meeting on 27 October 2026.

The meeting ran from 11:00 AM at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Karachi and online. Shareholders also adopted the audited unconsolidated and consolidated financial statements for that financial year, together with the directors’ and auditors’ reports.

Final payout and PPL financial statements

On the agenda was receipt and adoption of the audited accounts, approval of the proposed final cash dividend, and the appointment of auditors with a fixed fee for FY2026-27. All three resolutions passed.

The Pakistan Petroleum dividend is a final cash payment of Rs6.00 on each ordinary share. The company also recorded that the PPL financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026 were approved and adopted in both unconsolidated and consolidated form.

Auditors named for FY2026-27

Shareholders appointed KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. as auditors for FY2026-27. The audit fee fixed at the meeting is Rs14.881 million.

The resolutions match the business the company had listed for the AGM: adopting the year’s audited accounts, declaring the Rs6.00 final cash dividend, and setting the auditor and fee for the new year.
